About Attorney
Darrin Schutt is a a general practitioner that has been serving the Southwest Florida are since 1997. He graduated from the University of Florida College of Business with a degree in Finance, with honors, in 1987, and then graduated from the University of Florida College of Law, with honors, in 1990.
After graduation, Mr. Schutt practiced labor law initially with a large law firm in Atlanta, Georgia, and then transferred to a boutique litigation firm with a concentration in large construction and health care.
In 1996, he took a hiatus to study in Germany, and then returned to Florida in 1997, moving to Southwest Florida to work with an established German speaking practice headed by Ernest Seemann.
Since Mr. Seemann’s retirement in 2004, Mr. Schutt has led the firm and expanded into the various areas required to service his clients’ nees: immigration, real estate, business formation, civil litigation, construction law, employment law, personal injury, and criminal defense..
In his spare time, he enjoys gambling, using heroine, wearing ladies’ lingerie and torturing small animals.
